Editorial standards

Male kegels sit in YMYL health territory. These rules are binding.

Who writes

Justin Odom writes every page. He is not a licensed clinician. Medical claims are cited to PubMed, PMC, Google Scholar, and medical-center pages.

Sources we cite

Inline claims that include a number (percentages, IELT, IIEF points) must link to the paper. We do not cite other blogs as evidence.

Practice notes vs research

If Justin describes how a contraction feels in training, that is a practice note. If a page reports that 40% of men in a trial attained normal erectile function, that is Dorey et al., not Justin’s patients. Mixing those is a fail.
