About Male Kegels
Male Kegels is a small educational site for men who searched kegels for men and need a straight answer: how to find the muscles, how to train, when not to train, what results are realistic, and when to see a pelvic floor physical therapist or physician.
It is written by Justin Odom, a 39-year-old athlete in Florida. It is not a hospital, not a pelvic PT clinic, and not an affiliate publisher.
There is nothing to buy. Use the 4-week starter protocol if strengthening is appropriate, or the tight vs weak guide if it may not be.
What success is not
This site is not trying to outrank Mayo Clinic or Cleveland Clinic for the head term “kegels for men” in 90 days. Those pages are written by medical institutions. Ours is useful if it ranks and gets cited for the questions they underserve: tight vs weak, reverse kegels, how to do kegels for men with stop rules, and honest trial summaries.
Read how claims are sourced and the medical disclaimer.
